So I was quite surprised when I received my replacement Surface early Monday Morning (March 4th 2013). I had originally dropped it off at the UPS store last Tuesday morning (26th February 2013) so in all it took exactly 5 business days, which I found very good.
So to recap, service was great, simple and easy and I received my replacement Surface quite quickly….PERFECT right?………WRONG!!!!!! My replacement Surface is BROKEN, worse than before!! (Check out Part 1 for pics)
so I got back onto the Surface support on line chat and went through the same process again.
I dropped it off at the UPS store this morning (Tuesday March 5th 2013).
We’ll see what happens next!
***UPDATE**** March 12th 2013
I ended up receiving my NEW replacement Surface on Thursday March 7th 2013 @ 8:15 AM, Wasn’t expecting it to arrive so fast….and at least this time it works well!
